ALDERPOINT, CA. – A large man-hunt is underway for a murder suspect.
A reverse 911 call has been issued for Alderpoint residents to stay indoors as law enforcement is searching for Zachary Harrison.
Harrison is suspected of shooting and killing 58-year-old Robert Holstclaw in Alderpoint in September.
A tip came in that Harrison was spotted in a stolen vehicle Wednesday, that he has since fled from.
He has most recently been seen in Alderpoint, running down 6th street, and may have jumped into the Eel River.
A full-fledged search, including multiple law enforcement agencies is in effect, including a helicopter, a search plane and a boat.
Harrison is described as a white male, with light dyed hair, and may be naked, or wearing a cameo button-up shirt and blue jeans.
He should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information should contact law enforcement.
