FORTUNA, CA. – A pickup truck rolls over, blocking both lanes of southbound traffic on Highway 101 for an hour.
Last night 32-year-old Trenton Bramlett of Fortuna was traveling south in a Nissan Titan at 10PM.
At that time the truck drifted onto the east shoulder and overturned, obstructing both south bound lanes.
Bramlett was transported to Saint Joseph Hospital for minor injuries, and traffic was backed up to the Van Duzen Bridge until 11PM.
CHP officers say Bramlett was drinking that day, but was not considered impaired at the time of the incident.
As we head into the rainier season of the year, CHP wants to remind you to always check windshield wipers, and make sure your lights are on while your windshield wipers are in use.
