EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – Humboldt County Drug Task Force agents arrest a suspected narcotics trafficker at a Eureka gas station.
51-year-old Julio Cesar Angulo Ochoa was taken into custody on Tuesday at the Chevron gas station on Broadway.
A search of his vehicle resulted in approximately two pounds of suspected heroin packaged for sale, located in a false compartment in the passenger’s seat.
Ochoa was booked for possession of a controlled substance for a sale, fabrication of a false compartment, and driving unlicensed.
